“Breathtaking” news: Falcon Guides will be publishing our book May 2022

The waiting is over! We just signed a contract with Falcon Guides/Globe Pequot Press for the publication of Breathtaking: How one family cycled around the world for clean air and asthma (current working title).

Falcon Guides is the largest publisher of outdoor books in the U.S.  (www.falcon.com).  We are delighted to work with a publisher that not only values the outdoors and encourages families to adventure together, but also shares our values of protecting our environment and creating a world that is a better place to live and breathe.

Breathtaking is scheduled for publication a year from now, just before May 2022. This will be perfect timing for us to host numerous book events in May, which is both Bike Everywhere month and includes World Asthma day (May 3). We will be updating you via this blog and our website www.bike4breath.com about our upcoming events and look forward to seeing many of you at our talks in the Seattle area in May 2022.

We will then embark on our carbon free, clean air “Bike and Book” publicity tour down the west coast in the summer of 2022. We have a page on our website devoted to following the tour https://bike4breath.com/west-coast-tour/ . And for those of you who can’t come to our talks and events in Seattle, chances are we may be coming to you as we pedal from Vancouver, Canada to San Diego, California. Stay tuned for updates on the book release and where you can get a copy.
